Dear

We left Burgos town to catch the sunset at Bangui. We arrived a little early and had to wait for hours until the skies finally showed its colors. The long wait was all worth it. Just like at Manila Bay, the sunset here in Bangui is poetic.

Hi

If Scotland has Neist Point, we have the Racuh A Payaman in Batanes, and this, Burgos town in Ilocos Norte. Not as grand, but  definitely as breathtaking.

Dear

This church is so beautiful. One of the best i've seen. And massive! It's so big that i can only show you the top part. Go visit it when you have time. It’s the Basilica de San Martin de Tours in Taal Town.

Dear

It has been weeks, but my thoughts are still filled with Malapascua memories. There’s something about its simplicity that is so unforgettable. I love the peace and good vibes, even along its strip of bars and restos.

Let’s not forget about the beach. Here, the sky meets the seas.

A magical moment

Dear

One entry scratched off my bucket list: find the milky way. Well, I wasn’t actually looking for it that night, but it just magically showed up. I always thought (and knew?) that I’d cry when I see it. But I didn’t. I just stared.

It was so surreal.

Calm waters reflecting God-smacked skies!

Hi!

“The course of true love never did run smooth.”

I can’t help but silently quote Lysander as we traverse Dasol’s rocky and dusty roads.  You’d think that you’re lost in a maze to hell while traversing its rocky and dusty path. But, as they say, No Pain, No Gain. At the end of our helluva ride is a pot of gold.

Well, Tambobong isn’t exactly what I can call true love. But she was unforgettable. And super calm. I love it. ;D

Plus, what’s not to love in those God-smacked skies?

Dear

Met up with B a couple of days back. She’s the coolest! And she’s just full of surprises! We’ve seen each other, like, a billion times? and she still surprises me. If only I can be with her forever! I’ve met P, B, the other B, C, but I’ll always go back to this B’s arms. That’s Palawan, Batanes, Bohol, Camiguin, might you ask. Well Batanes would be so fine but she’s just so out of reach! For now, it’s Baguio for me. Me, her lush forests and pines, her neverending ukays and her sweet dandelions.
