That Chunk o’ Rock of Sta. Fe, Bantayan Island

Carved steps at the side of this big chunk, exposed during daytime (low tides), can be used to reach the top. To give you a better view of everything or if you just need a thinking place. High tides make this rock look intimidating. But on good days, when the waters are calm and the skies are showing off, it can be a good backdrop for anything. It’s just so darn photogenic.

Now this spot, it’s all mine. Every morning, afternoon. Those rocks. Those clear stillwaters. Those skies, this view – they’re all mine. For about two days. :D

Hey there it’s been a while! Have gone somewhere last week and I found my new favorite spot (I know, it keeps changing!). Breakfasts, afternoon coffee, photo ops, muni-muni were spent here. This place, I swear, has the most perfect view of the oceans. Where is it might you ask? Secreeet. Hehe. All I can say for now, it’s a house by the sea.

It has been weeks, but my thoughts are still filled with Malapascua memories. There’s something about its simplicity that is so unforgettable. I love the peace and good vibes, even along its strip of bars and restos.

 

Let’s not forget about the beach. Here, the sky meets the seas.

One entry scratched off my bucket list: find the milky way. Well, I wasn’t actually looking for it that night, but it just magically showed up. I always thought (and knew?) that I’d cry when I see it. But I didn’t. I just stared.

 

It was so surreal.
